I'm a masters-trained genetic counselor and registered dietitian. I specialize in personalized nutrition care using state-of-the-art genetic testing and a functional nutrition approach to determining the root causes of disease. We are all genetically different, and these differences can affect the way our bodies metabolize food, handle stress and toxins, respond to illness and so much more! Nutritional genetic testing can provide insight on how to overcome your most difficult nutritional challenges and motivate you to change your habits and improve your health and vitality. I specialized in helping adults in midlife when metabolism, hormones, and life in general are often in flux. During these years, many of us experience vague and difficult to diagnose symptoms such as brain fog, memory lapses, weight gain, low energy, and joint pain. A nutritional genomics assessment paired with a functional nutrition guidance offers discovery on how to work with your genes to optimize your health through diet and lifestyle modification. You can and should feel great throughout this stage of life! Work History

I have been a registered dietitian and owner of Nutrition Decode, LLC since 2020. I am continuing my education in functional nutrition certification courses through the Institute of Functional Medicine. My first career was a clinical genetic counselor, a position I held for over a decade. I have also been an entrepreneur, creating a healthy vending business from 2011-2020.
