Stephanie’s lifelong dream was to make a difference in the lives of others by opening an integrative, functional nutrition practice where people could truly be heard, seen, and valued. That journey began in 2018 with the inception of Fuel for Life. From a young age, Stephanie knew her love of nutrition and wellness, married with her passion for helping others would always inspire her to make meaningful change in the field of healthcare. She uses a root cause, systems-oriented approach to help her patients thrive in all facets of life.
After decades of battling a rare undiagnosed condition, Stephanie dedicated herself to becoming an advocate for those who needed someone to look beyond the “status quo”. This inspired Fuel for Life’s motto: healed people, heal people. Our belief is that when people heal from the roots, our bodies and minds can truly thrive.
In her free time, you can find Stephanie hiking, swimming, cooking, & adventuring with her energetic pup, Harper!
Stephanie received a B.S. in Dietetics from the University of Pittsburgh and went on to pursue her MEd. in Counseling from West Chester University and her MS in Human Nutrition & Functional Medicine from the University of Western States. Stephanie has also obtained her IFMCP through the Institute of Functional Medicine.
