Erin Kukura

Erin started her nutrition career working with eating disorder patients where she became incredibly passionate about helping others cultivate a healthier relationship with food. She then went on to work as a clinical and outpatient dietitian and taught nutrition at the college level. She has provided presentations to dietetic interns, professionals and students. Erin currently lives in Bend, Oregon where you can find her outside, biking, hiking, snowshoeing and enjoying the beautiful outdoors with her family.
