Advanced Tools for Dietitians to Support Cognitive and Behavioral Change
BREAKING BARRIERS: ADVANCED TOOLS FOR DIETITIANS TO SUPPORT COGNITIVE AND BEHAVIORAL CHANGE
Whatever we say to ourselves, we will prove true. How we think, feel, and act all interact, and it is one's thinking that causes people to feel and act the way they do. This is why as dietitians, it is vital that we are equipped with the right tools to assist clients in changing behaviors that go beyond motivational interviewing skills. Learn the most effective tools to help clients recognize and restructure negative and dysfunctional thoughts while increasing the client's self-efficacy to change behavior. In this interactive webinar, Erin will utilize case challenges to get you practicing the skills so you feel ready to help clients get unstuck and keep them coming back for more! No matter your area of expertise, if you often feel frustrated with your client's progress and feel they know what to do but just aren't doing it this webinar is for you.
