A Los Angeles native --- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Rémy Leigh is a 4th generation Los Angeles native, born in Hollywood CA. During over two decades as as a Registered Dietitian, she also has also been trained as a Certified Lactation Educator, a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician and more recently holds a certificate in Integrative Oncology and Group Fitness Instructor. Rémy’s true passion is for PEOPLE… to enable and encourage others to achieve, embrace, and maintain their most healthy weight, prevent disease /recurrence of disease, decrease inflammation, increase energy and overall revitalization combining an individualized balance of nutrients and movement, attitude and outlook. Rémy is excited to be working with cancer patients and survivors with the Disney Family Cancer Center; empowering “Thrivors” towards lifestyles of VICTORY over cancer via a healthy relationship with food and overall mind - body wellness.
